Edmond

Terms of use

Last updated: 20 October 2026 · Version française

The service

Edmond is an assistant for sales representatives, provided by Monte Cristo APAC Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202620688D), 261 Waterloo Street, Waterloo Centre #03-036, Singapore 180261, hereinafter “we”. It prepares e-mail drafts and appointments, and files your expense receipts, from the tools you connect yourself.

A test version

Edmond is in a test phase (beta), available on registration. The service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. It is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or results.

You stay in control

Edmond only prepares drafts: it sends nothing, deletes nothing and pays for nothing on your behalf. You review what it prepares and decide alone whether to send it. A draft or a receipt reading may contain an error: check them before using them.

Your account and your access

Subscription and payment

Free beta. Until 20 November 2026, Edmond is provided free of charge as a beta, limited to 15 places. During the beta, no payment is taken.

Joining the beta. You join the beta through Stripe, our payment provider, with your e-mail address: no card is requested and nothing is charged. Your beta access ends on 20 November 2026; before that date, we invite you to choose a subscription. If you do not subscribe, your access closes and nothing is ever charged.

Founder price. Founders and beta testers who subscribe pay the founder price: 90 SGD per month or 900 SGD per year — or the fixed amounts shown on the payment page: €63 per month or €630 per year, $68 per month or $680 per year — locked for 12 months from your first payment. The public price is 148 SGD per month or 1,480 SGD per year (€103 / €1,030, $111 / $1,110). After 12 months, the price in force at that date applies; we tell you at least 30 days in advance. Amounts in euros and dollars are fixed, not converted automatically. Prices are stated without tax; Monte Cristo APAC Pte. Ltd. is not registered for Singapore GST at the date of these terms. Any tax due in your country is your responsibility.

Billing. The subscription starts on the day you subscribe (at the earliest on 20 November 2026) and renews automatically each month or each year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. Invoices are issued by Stripe on our behalf and sent to the e-mail address you gave.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from “Manage my subscription” in your portal, or by writing to hi@youredmond.com. During the beta, you pay nothing. After you subscribe, your access continues until the end of the period already paid, and no further payment is taken.

30-day money-back guarantee. If Edmond does not suit you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment: we refund that payment in full, without asking why. The guarantee applies once per customer and to the first payment only.

Failed payment. If a payment fails, Stripe notifies you and retries. If payment is still not received after the retries, access is suspended until payment and may be closed after 30 days; your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Business use. Edmond is intended for professional use by sales representatives and their businesses. By subscribing, you confirm you are acting in the course of a business.

Changes to the service. We may improve or change Edmond. If a change removes a feature you rely on, you may cancel and, for a yearly plan, receive a pro-rata refund of the unused months.

Business customers: our Data Processing Agreement and the list of sub-processors form part of these terms.

Your data

Your data remains yours. How it is processed is described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Edmond is free during the beta, then subject to the subscription terms above. It prepares drafts that you review and approve: you alone remain responsible for what you send, record or decide based on its suggestions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the consequences of inaccurate information contained in a draft you did not review.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
