Why it matters
Edmond works with what you entrust to it: your mailbox, your calendar, your contacts, your receipts. The more you trust it, the more work it does for you. So we show you exactly what is read, where your data goes, and what can never happen.
What can never happen
- Edmond sends nothing, deletes nothing, pays for nothing. It prepares drafts; you review and you send. This is not a setting: the code contains no path able to do it, and tests prove it at every publication.
- Your data never trains any AI model. Neither at Anthropic nor at AssemblyAI.
- You have no account at the AI provider. Edmond calls it under its own business account.

Only what is needed
Gmail: read and drafts. Outlook: never the right to send. Calendar: never a guest. Google Drive: only the files created by Edmond or that you pick for it. Edmond asks for nothing more than the task needs.
You see, you switch off
- Disconnecting a tool erases what Edmond read from it.
- "Erase what Edmond read", from your space, at any time.
- Account deletion on simple request, within 30 days.
- Coming: "What Edmond knows about me", with line-by-line deletion, and the log of what it read, when and why.
Coming: choose your privacy level
In your space, you will choose how the AI sees your data. The Standard level is today's, with the full power of the model.
- Standard: the best model, with no training on your data.
- Enhanced (coming): your e-mail addresses, phone numbers and other numbers are masked before reaching the model, then restored in your drafts.
- Sovereign (coming): the AI runs in Singapore, and your data does not leave it.
Certified providers
According to their public compliance pages (checked on 22 October 2026): SOC 2 Type II (Supabase, Render, Nango, Anthropic, AssemblyAI); ISO 27001 (Supabase, Render, Anthropic); ISO 42001 (Anthropic). Edmond is designed for the GDPR (European Union) and the PDPA (Singapore).
